The basic rules for using the XEVRIN public website, account signup, and product-page workspace.
Website, account, and workspace use
These terms apply to public-site use, account creation, and self-directed workspace evaluation unless a separate commercial agreement says otherwise.
By using the XEVRIN website or creating a workspace, you agree to use XEVRIN only for lawful business, account, product-page, catalog, and service-evaluation purposes. You may review public pages, create an account, invite team members, import product data, run supported product research, review draft content, and export approved work where your workspace plan allows it.
You are responsible for the product data, website inputs, source evidence, claims, exports, team access, and account activity you provide or approve. Do not upload data you do not have the right to use, approve unsupported or unlawful claims, bypass review controls, or treat AI-assisted suggestions as automatically approved facts.
You may not misuse the website or product, interfere with it, attempt unauthorized access, probe other tenants or workspaces, copy XEVRIN as your own, scrape protected areas, submit malicious files, or use it in a way that harms XEVRIN, its users, or its service providers. Product details, examples, software, workflows, and marketing materials remain the property of XEVRIN unless otherwise stated.
Public website content and workspace features are for business use and product evaluation. Availability, limits, features, exports, destinations, pricing, and service details may change. Any paid service, subscription, support arrangement, or setup engagement may also use a separate commercial agreement.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the public website and self-directed workspace are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. XEVRIN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from website use, workspace use, interruptions, product decisions, exported content, or reliance on public-site content alone.

Product decisions, AI suggestions, and exports
XEVRIN helps prepare product-page work, but customers remain responsible for the product facts, claims, approvals, and exports they choose to use.
AI-assisted research and writing are decision-support features. You must review suggested facts, source evidence, product-page drafts, regulated-category warnings, and exports before relying on them in a storefront, marketplace, feed, or other downstream system.
Do not upload sensitive personal information, protected health information, payment card data, private credentials, or regulated data unless a separate written agreement with XEVRIN permits that use. Workspaces are intended for business product information, source evidence, team review, support context, and approved product-page outputs.
XEVRIN may limit or suspend access when we detect abuse, security risk, unlawful content, unauthorized tenant access attempts, repeated failed automation, or use outside the supported product-page workflow. Account cancellation, data export, and deletion requests are handled through support or Plan settings unless a separate agreement provides another process.
Last updated: June 1, 2026. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms unless a separate signed agreement applies.
